3rd & Final Trimester!!

We have reached the final decent of our pregnancy! Woohoo!! We can hardly believe it!!

Since we are having twins our doctors say that we will probably only make it until 36 weeks...well if that's the case then we only have about 8 weeks until our boys are here!! Or as Rob likes to say a little over 2 months (it makes him feel better because it sounds like we have more time :o) ) I can't believe that, it seems like it was just yesterday we found out we were pregnant!

On Thursday, I had another check up and both boys are doing great! The specialist was very impressed on their growth! Baby A weighs 2lbs 5oz and Baby B weighs 2lbs 7oz---they are big boys, and according to my weekly updates the baby(ies) should be just about 2lbs and ours are bigger!! Not that I'm complaining or anything, but I really don't want to deliver massively huge babies!! Of course I do want them to be a good size, especially Baby B so that he can be big and strong for his surgery...so, if they are to be big then let them be BIG---just not too big, ha ha

During the ultra-sound, we found out that they are both head down, which is fantastic and we hope they stay that way, and of course they like to be on their bellies facing the away from us- boo :o( They were trying to get pictures of both of them but of course our children are as stubborn as ever and apparently do not like to be photographed! Definitely take after Rob in that department! So this is what we got...

Yep that's right...fingers and we don't even know what baby that is!! Although we think it's super cute, the doctors felt bad that we only left with 1 cute picture of them!! We did get the extremities but that was it!

Another exciting event, is that the cribs and changing table/dresser arrived this past week and Rob was so excited, he won't say it but I know he is, that he put it together! At first I was thinking why put it together now but then I realized...If your husband is willing to put furniture together on his own with no questions asked or complaining, you need to shut your mouth and let him!!! So here he is putting together the boys furniture...

that furniture looks so familiar...haha

also- you better not complain when your husband is putting together furniture!! I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and I had to put together the dresser by myself!!!!

You're right...if your husband doesn't ask for help and does it by himself, don't say ANYTHING!!! I can't believe you're already 27 weeks...that's nuts! Can't wait for your boys to get here.
