Pee-pee on the Potty for the T Man!

Tyson went pee-pee on the potty!!!! He didn't really want to go, but we just sat there for an extra minute and he went!!!  He starting clapping immediately with excitement and then couldn't get off fast enough! Too cute! They are officially big boys now!

Pee-pee in the potty!!!

Lincoln went pee-pee in the potty!!  He was so excited and so proud of what he did!  His face was priceless when he realized what he did and we are so proud of him too!!  Tyson gave it a shot as well, but he didn't quite go all the way, just about a drop or two, but he tried. Great job boys!!!!! We're so proud of you!!!

Daycare

We've had some changes go on lately and one of them are the boys starting in a daycare. They've always been with family or myself so it's definitely a challenge, but thanks to an awesome friend we found Miss Maria! The boys and I met her earlier this week and then the boys had their first day on Wednesday.  It was only 3 and a half hours and I think was just right for the first time.  When we got there, they started playing right away and seemed quite content being there.  When we were getting ready to leave, Rob had said "Bye Tyson" about 3 times and he just continued to ignore us because he was playing.  Lincoln who was playing in the sand, looked up at me with shovels in each hand and said "mom." "mom." "no.". You could tell his little brain was working, trying to decide what he wanted to do...run to me or continue playing.  It was so sweet and sad at the same time. We attempted to sneak out, but as we were leaving, we quickly h...

Apparently this little dude didn't want to sleep in his own bed tonight :o) When I came upstairs to go to bed this is what I found...he sure looks comfy!

"Mommy, mommy, mommy...up!"

Well...this is going to be a long drive! We left around 4am and the kids (mainly the Lincolnader) have been awake for an hour now and are FREAKING out! Probably should have left earlier...all they want is to get out of their car seats and well... There's no where to stop any time soon...

San Diego?! What-what!!

What a week it's been! It started with a lazy day on Sunday (which was amazing and worth it!) to me being totally fine on Monday, then waking up Tuesday with the flu!  Moms should really be exempt from getting sick. It's way too hard taking care of kids while you are keeled over and can barely get out of bed to pee!  Thankfully, Kaila was home on Fall Break and was able to help me out so I could attempt to get some rest. I didn't go to work yesterday because I was still really sick and even though I still am today, we are currently bound for San Diego (yay for mobile blogging!!). No refunds, so there was really no choice...and I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of glad. I love Sea World and am so excited to take the kids there despite me feeling like I was hit by a bus!!! We'll be in San Diego for 3 days/2 nights and will be in and out of Sea World that whole time :o) I'm also excited to eat at Seau's! It's an awesome restaurant owned by the football play...

Zoo Walk for Autism!

Image
Today we participated with Walgreen's in the Zoo Walk for Autism!  It's such a great feeling in knowing that you are giving back to the community to help raise money for important research!! We started the walk at the baseball field parking lot and walked to the Zoo and then throughout the Zoo.  The walk went by pretty quick and everyone enjoyed it...almost everyone!  See that little lady in this picture to the left...yeah, that would be Miss Kaila.  She was not a fan of having to walk so much and made it quite clear the entire time by saying "you know I don't like to walk." Awesome. Tyson became very popular at the end...he was super excited to give high-fives and clap for everyone!!  But when it was time to give the girls a high-five, he would refuse! He did this over and over and everyone at the finish line got such a kick out of it!  Too funny!! After the walk they had a group (in which I forgot the name) that performed a few dances.  I...
