Birthday Bash!

Approaching their first birthday has brought back some very mixed emotions from this past year.  It amazes me sometimes what we've been through and even though we have had a rough year, finally the good is starting to out weigh the bad!!

We thank God every day for giving us these little boys.  They, along with Kaila, are an absolute joy to have in our lives! 

So needless to say, we had quite the celebration :o)  We started the day by taking them to breakfast to have some pancakes and then partied it up in the afternoon!!  Ha ha, I don't really know how 1 year old's "party it up", but it was a fun party to say the least! 

The theme was baby dinosaurs, which were so stinking cute and we had one of the cakes look like the inivitation!

They weren't too fond of their party hats, but what's a party with out party hats?! 

They were so excited that their best friend, Matthew, came to their party!!

And when he got there, of course they had to make time to play!!

As you can see, they had absolutely no problem eating them!!

Whoa, we just can't believe they are 1!  Time has just flown by and they are getting so big and now are officially toddlers...kind of sad, but this stage is a lot of fun especially when they're not getting into everything and anything in sight :o)

At 1 year, here are their stats...

Lincoln:  21 lbs, 7oz --- 30 inches long!

Tyson:  20 lbs, 7 oz --- 29.25 inches long!

Not too shabby if you ask me :o)
