Coming Together...

Image
I love when things finally start coming together!  It's been a rough go, but things are starting to look up!  Just a few things that make life a little easier :o) After a year and a half, we have finally paid off our medical debt!!  Obviously I would do it all over again if we had to, but it is an awesome feeling that all of the expenses with Tyson's heart and everyone elses medical expenses are all paid off!! We finally figured out that we could actually use our 3rd row in our SUV and put a carseat back there!  We've been stressing that we'll have to trade it in for a minivan because if we were to have more kids, we didn't know where we'd stick them and finally after way too long we found were the car seat anchors were and we immediately put one back there to give everyone some room! Pool fence-Pool fence-Pool Fence!  We made some big decisions and after deciding to not move we are getting a pool fence!

Cardinal's Stadium

We got a chance to visit the Arizona Cardinals Stadium for the 1st time and it's huge !  Since we couldn't use the escalator, we had to walk down this very long-windy ramp (and yes, walk back up it at the end :o) ) Then welcomed by this... Now, we didn't go to a game :( we went to the Arizona Home & Garden Show.  I only got these cool pictures of these floral arrangements... It was pretty fun, but after being there all day, all you want to do is spend-spend-spend on re-doing everything in your house!  Here's my wish list: Pool Fence Security (Screen) Door Real grass turned into "fake grass" Security Alarm put in Carpet re-done Sliding door replaced with french doors Pony wall and stair wall turned into wood railing Water softener put in New pool filter cartridges Rob wants Lasik Eye Surgery Pony wall built out back surrounding pool equipment Pavers to/from BBQ New couch/chair for inside New dining room table Now, that's not too mu...

Cardiology Appt

Well, I should just get right to it.  Not the best appointment we'd hope for, but it could have been a lot worse, at least that's what I keep telling myself.  Getting the Echo done was insane!  From the moment we walked into the room to get his vitals checked to walking out, Tyson was not happy.  We had 2 nurses helping to get his vitals but he was just not having any of it.  He was throwing such a tantrum that his O2's were in the 70's & 80's and his blood pressure was out of the roof---I haven't seen these numbers since before his heart was repaired in Nov of '09.  Now, those numbers really didn't count since he was so upset, but it did worry them a little until he finally calmed down and his O2's hit the 90's and we got his blood pressure at the end of the appt which was fine. Once we got in the room to actually get the Echo nothing really seemed to help except for a sucker, but that soon didn't help either.  At one point...

18 Months

Image
How time flies these days!  It's been a busy year so far and it's only March!  The boys turned 18 months on the 22nd of February and they are getting so big! They definitely keep us on our toes!  They are becoming little boys now and not so baby anymore :( I can barely get them to stay still to take a picture... They are starting to talk more and more which includes repeating everything we say so, we have to be extra careful :o) Tyson however tries to say a few more words than Lincoln Facinated with climbing on everything in site!! They love giving you hugs and greeting you at the door May not listen or obey, but understand everything we are saying No longer using binkies!! Wave and say "bye bye" for real and play pretend with us when they are walking away Lincoln is a daddy's boy & Tyson is a mama's boy  Discovered a taste for tomatoes and can't get enough of them When we go places they are starting to actually stay with us instead...
