13 Week Check-Up!
On Thursday, we went to the doctor for a check up...and boy was it the best one so far! The last time we saw them they were little blobs with beating hearts...now they actually resemble babies :o)
I can't even describe how amazing it was to see them like this! We got to see their hands, arms, legs, feet, spines, their little heads that indicates where their eyes, ears, nose and mouths are...way too cute and amazing!! It totally made our week and made it much more realistic!! Here are some pictures...
Baby "A" & Baby "B" together...
The above picture are pictures of both babies heads...Baby A is on the left and Baby B is on the right. They are facing each other...so cute :o) Now here are individual shots of the babies...
Baby "A"...
The top picture is a "back shot" of the baby...the head is to the left and then the arms, the belly and the legs & feet on the right. Baby A was quite active!! As soon as we started doing the ultra-sound, the baby decided that it wanted to show us how he/she figured out how to kick off the side of the sac! He/She did it over and over and over again!! It took a very long time for the doctor to measure because the baby was having way too much fun going back and forth in the sac...and of course it was the most adorable thing ever!!
And of course Baby B had to show us what he/she can do! He/she was very active too...right when the doctor went to check him/her out, it became Mr. Wiggle Butt! He/She kept kicking his/her legs and shaking his/her butt the whole time the doctor was trying to measure! Baby B's pictures are kind of darker...the top one is a profile shot with the head on the left and you can kind of see where his/her nose is, then the arms, belly and legs & feet on the right. The bottom picture is a "frontal" view, you can see where the eye sockets are, then the arms belly and legs & feet.
