San Diego Vacation!

Last weekend we took a mini family vacation to San Diego and it was absolutely wonderful!! We went Friday thru Monday...Friday we went to a few different beaches, dinner at Seau's (famous football players restaurant) and a movie. On Saturday we went to Sea World all day, which is my favorite place to visit ever!!! We had a blast there!! Sunday we spent the day at the beach and yes I sported a bikini!! ha ha ha...Then on Monday we spent the day at the San Diego Zoo!

We had a wonderful time and we want to thank my parents for the trip!! There are pictures below...

so where are the pics of you in a bikini??? Not that I like you in that way or anything, but I want to laugh at a bikini on that big belly!!

I'll have to send the full shot to you seperately...no need to show the world...I guess you had to be in Cali to view the big belly in a bikini!! ha ha No worries, you are so right about the big belly!!! Love ya too

I love San Diego. I wanted to go with Josh before baby came but was so scared to be uncomfortable in the car (not to mention buying a swim suit) that we didn't go. So now I get to live through you guys. And when did Kaila become a young lady? My goodness that picture is too, well, grown up for her, right? What a doll!!

I know!! I don't know what was in her when I took that picture...it just popped out!! And then when she saw it she thought it was the funniest thing ever b/c she acted so goofy and I got it on film!!

As for San Diego and bathing suits...I totally wore an old one of mine b/c I did not want to buy a new one b/c I already felt huge! I was huge but oh well, San Diego got quite the view--hahaha! San Diego was so nice and we are very glad we went!!

Our weekend craziness started a little early on Friday morning when someone got a little hair cut by another 5 year old in this house... The boys wanted to watch a show before swim lessons and when I called them down, I got no response so I ran up there and Tyson says, "Mom! I get a jelly bean because I let Lincoln cut my hair!!".  Um, no. I didn't get a picture of him, but this is his hair...a lot of his hair!  It was cut in so many chunks and some places right to the scalp, so he got his head shaved today...and, he's so darn cute!   The Majorek kids and Richardson kids finally got to hang out and so we took the kids to Chuck E Cheeses...not our ideal place to hang, but the kids had a great time!  This little dudes face was so darn cute on this ride :o) And best news of the weekend, this kids finally learned how to swim!!!!  We have no idea as to why all of a sudden he decided to do it, ...

Highs & Lows of Surgery

Recovering after his surgery Thank you all for praying for Tyson, he is recovering great after a very long surgery Tuesday. Usually it takes a few days to close their chests back up after surgery, but his swelling was not too bad so, Dr. Nigro was able to close it on Wednesday, which is fantastic! He was doing really well with his breathing on the ventilator while trying to ween him off, that they decided to remove that Wednesday morning. After they removed it unfortnately, Tyson stopped breathing 5 different times within about 30-45 minutes after the ventilator was removed. The Nurses, Doctors and Respitory Therapists were still with him and were able to make him breathe again on his own after messing with and having to "bag" him. They believe that he still had the sedative medication in his blood stream and was not as awake enough. They gave him medication to reverse the effects of the sedative so that he would wake up which worked and he became stable. A few hours later ...
