My BEAUTIFUL rings!

Before we even decided to get pregnant I had my rings sized, smaller.  Well now that I have had the boys, they needed to be sized again. This time, larger!  I wasn't too happy that I couldn't wear them especially because I felt like a mama with all these kids and just a baby daddy! Not to mention fat, since I couldn't fit them on my fatty fingers! Ha Ha Ha

Anyways so I decided to have them resized and I just absolutely, 100% love them!!  I think they are just beautiful and everytime I look at them I remember one of the greatest moments in my life!

okay- well they are of course pretty. But I am gonna make fun of you because:

1. You have had that engagement ring a llllllooooooonnnnnngggggg time. How can you remember that far back?? hehe

2. You already got 2 wedding bands...aren't you supposed to wait until your 5th or 10th anniversary to get the second??

3. You are not fat with fat fingers...its summer, we all swell up!

Real funny my friend!

1. I have had them a very long time and the funny thing was, when I went to get them sized they asked me how long I've had my rings (trying to make a sale) and I honestly told them 4.5 years. Then about 10 minutes later I realized that I had them way longer than that!! I've had it for 8 years!!

2. I guess he'll just have to get me something better for my 5th or 10th anniversary then :o) ha ha

3. You're very kind, but I swear I now have fatty fingers since I got pregnant!! I swear we woman really go through a lot for our kids!! We definitely deserve something great!

I'm glad that your rings fit again! I hated not being able to wear mine! Now that they do fit again, I don't wear them because I scratch Mady with them. :/ I only wear them when I go out now. Ha!

Weekend Shenanigans & Father's Day!

Our weekend craziness started a little early on Friday morning when someone got a little hair cut by another 5 year old in this house... The boys wanted to watch a show before swim lessons and when I called them down, I got no response so I ran up there and Tyson says, "Mom! I get a jelly bean because I let Lincoln cut my hair!!".  Um, no. I didn't get a picture of him, but this is his hair...a lot of his hair!  It was cut in so many chunks and some places right to the scalp, so he got his head shaved today...and, he's so darn cute!   The Majorek kids and Richardson kids finally got to hang out and so we took the kids to Chuck E Cheeses...not our ideal place to hang, but the kids had a great time!  This little dudes face was so darn cute on this ride :o) And best news of the weekend, this kids finally learned how to swim!!!!  We have no idea as to why all of a sudden he decided to do it, ...

Highs & Lows of Surgery

Recovering after his surgery Thank you all for praying for Tyson, he is recovering great after a very long surgery Tuesday. Usually it takes a few days to close their chests back up after surgery, but his swelling was not too bad so, Dr. Nigro was able to close it on Wednesday, which is fantastic! He was doing really well with his breathing on the ventilator while trying to ween him off, that they decided to remove that Wednesday morning. After they removed it unfortnately, Tyson stopped breathing 5 different times within about 30-45 minutes after the ventilator was removed. The Nurses, Doctors and Respitory Therapists were still with him and were able to make him breathe again on his own after messing with and having to "bag" him. They believe that he still had the sedative medication in his blood stream and was not as awake enough. They gave him medication to reverse the effects of the sedative so that he would wake up which worked and he became stable. A few hours later ...
