It is way to stinking hot this summer! I am a native and you'd think the heat would be nothing, but this year it has been insanely hot!
So hot, that poor Tyson suffered from heat exhaustion. We are so thankful that we realized that after about 15-20 minutes of playing outside, that it was too much for the boys. We came inside and put them straight in the pool to cool off. Thankfully for Lincoln, he drinks water like a crazy so he recovered quickly, but Tyson on the other hand, didn't do so well.
He was super cranky and then finally went to bed. When he woke up he was extremely fatigue and pretty dehydrated. He normally is a mama's boy, but when something is wrong or he doesn't feel good he only wants Daddy and that's all he wanted. He was very nauseous and threw up, no fevers but we were concerned, especially since he had a heat rash on his face.
After talking with the Doctor, he was fully certain he suffered from heat exhaustion and because we cooled him off quick enough we escaped heat stroke. Thank the Holy Lord for watching out for him, I couldn't even imagine had it been worse!
