Hawaiian Paradise! --- Day 7

We aabsolutely did not want to leave this paradise, but we had 3 kiddos back at home that needed us :o) But we couldn't leave without another trip to the beach!! 









This trip was absolutely wonderful!  Every second of it was amazing!  It was so sad to leave, but we were excited to see the kids.  So we headed to the airport and picked up our fresh case of Maui Gold Pineapples and off to Honolulu we went!

As soon as we landed we basically ran as fast as we could to be able to eat at Stinger Rays one last time and enjoy our last "Blue Hawaii"!  And it was so worth the running like crazies through the airport :o)  We then boarded our ginormous plane and headed home! 



I've said it over and over again, but this trip was amazing!  Absolutely the perfect vacation for us and we already can't wait to come back!!

Weekend Shenanigans & Father's Day!

Our weekend craziness started a little early on Friday morning when someone got a little hair cut by another 5 year old in this house... The boys wanted to watch a show before swim lessons and when I called them down, I got no response so I ran up there and Tyson says, "Mom! I get a jelly bean because I let Lincoln cut my hair!!".  Um, no. I didn't get a picture of him, but this is his hair...a lot of his hair!  It was cut in so many chunks and some places right to the scalp, so he got his head shaved today...and, he's so darn cute!   The Majorek kids and Richardson kids finally got to hang out and so we took the kids to Chuck E Cheeses...not our ideal place to hang, but the kids had a great time!  This little dudes face was so darn cute on this ride :o) And best news of the weekend, this kids finally learned how to swim!!!!  We have no idea as to why all of a sudden he decided to do it, ...

Highs & Lows of Surgery

Recovering after his surgery Thank you all for praying for Tyson, he is recovering great after a very long surgery Tuesday. Usually it takes a few days to close their chests back up after surgery, but his swelling was not too bad so, Dr. Nigro was able to close it on Wednesday, which is fantastic! He was doing really well with his breathing on the ventilator while trying to ween him off, that they decided to remove that Wednesday morning. After they removed it unfortnately, Tyson stopped breathing 5 different times within about 30-45 minutes after the ventilator was removed. The Nurses, Doctors and Respitory Therapists were still with him and were able to make him breathe again on his own after messing with and having to "bag" him. They believe that he still had the sedative medication in his blood stream and was not as awake enough. They gave him medication to reverse the effects of the sedative so that he would wake up which worked and he became stable. A few hours later ...
