Family Fun Day!!
It's been a really long time since we've had an actual family fun day...we've been so busy but we got a day and it was all on the fly, which made it so much fun!!
Normally when we go to Juan's it's usually realated to Tyson's heart, but for the first time we went there just because and it was so good!!
We decided to stop at the zoo and play at the splash park there. Thankfully, I had the stroller, the boys swimsuits, an extra shirt for Kaila and swim diapers in the back of the truck!!
Every time we've been, the Komodo Dragon has never been close to where we can actually get a good look at him, but today they were both out and the boys were so intrigued by this large lizard and his tounge :o)
We visited the new Orangutan exhibit---it's not a 100% complete, but what we can see, it's amazing!!
Off to the next exhibit!
I've never seen these here before, but this pelican type looking birds were very interesting and caught the eyes of everyone!!
What's great about going to the zoo this year, is that the boys are old enough to realize all the animals! The Zebra's really caught their eye since they were so close.
Despite it being 100 degrees +, the Giraffe exhibit was full annimals!

Splash Time!!!
For some reason this little guy was not so excited to go in the water cave, but after awhile he started to warm up and finally went down the slide!
However, this little dude was all over the slides :o)

Since it is the Summer, the Zoo is only open to 2pm so we had a short visit, but it actually was the perfect amount of time. Everyone was ready to go...
Especially Daddy :o)
Apparently some kiddos were a little tired :o) I must say Kaila fell asleep too!
Once we got home, the boys laid down for their nap and Kaila and I went and got pedicures!!
After everyone woke up we headed out to the pool for so fun!
The water is definitely warming up, but it's not quite warm enough for the boys!

Here is Kaila attempting to jump in and make a basket at the same time! She actually made a ton in a row!!
To end the night, we made a little fire and had some smores!!! They were so good and everyone loved them!
We had such an amazing day!!
